The table of contents for this Act is as follows:
Sec. 3 Definitions
In this Act:
Antitrust laws— The term antitrust laws means—
the Sherman Act (15 U.S.C. 1 et seq.); and
the Clayton Act (15 U.S.C. 12 et seq.).
Assistant Attorney General— The term Assistant Attorney General means the Assistant Attorney General for the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice.
Executive agency— The term Executive agency has the meaning given that term in section 105 of title 5, United States Code.
