Surface Transportation Reauthorization Act of 2021

To amend title 23, United States Code, to authorize funds for Federal-aid highways and highway safety construction programs, and for other purposes.

(a)

Short title— This Act may be cited as the “Surface Transportation Reauthorization Act of 2021”.

Department— The term Department means the Department of Transportation.

(2)

Secretary— The term Secretary means the Secretary of Transportation.

This Act and the amendments made by this Act take effect on October 1, 2021.
