Urban Indian Health Providers Facilities Improvement Act

A BILL

To amend the Indian Health Care Improvement Act to expand the funding authority for renovating, constructing, and expanding certain facilities.

This Act may be cited as the “Urban Indian Health Providers Facilities Improvement Act”.

Section 509 of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act (25 U.S.C. 1659) is amended—

(1)

by striking “minor” before “renovations”; and

(2)

by striking “, to assist” and all that follows through “standards”.
