Delivering Envelopes Judiciously On-time Year-round Act
A BILL
To amend title 39, United States Code, to maintain certain service standards for first-class mail, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Service standards for first-class mail
Section 3691 of title 39, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:
“(e) Service standards for first-Class mail—Notwithstanding any other provision of this title, the service standards for first-class mail shall be the standards that were in effect on January 1, 2021.”
