That—

(1)

Representative Maxine Waters of California be censured;

(2)

Representative Maxine Waters of California forthwith present herself in the well of the House of Representatives for the pronouncement of censure;

(3)

Representative Maxine Waters of California be censured with the public reading of this resolution by the Speaker; and

(4)

Representative Maxine Waters of California should immediately apologize for these remarks and resign from office to allow an individual more befitting of the respect of the people of the United States to represent California’s 43th District.
