That the House of Representatives—

honors the life and legacy of Dr. Terrance Newton;

extends its heartfelt sympathies to the family and friends of Dr. Terrance Newton; and

commends Dr. Terrance Newton for his commitment to education, students, their families, and to the Delaware community at large.
