Section 1 Extension of temporary order for fentanyl-related substances

Effective as if included in the enactment of the Temporary Reauthorization and Study of the Emergency Scheduling of Fentanyl Analogues Act (Public Law 116–114), section 2 of such Act (as amended by Public Law 117–103) is amended by striking “December 31, 2022” and inserting “December 31, 2024”.
