Section 1 Extension to certain members of the Armed Forces eligibility to transfer unused Post-9/11 educational assistance to family members Section 3319(b) of title 38, United States Code, is amended— ⋯ (1) in paragraph (1), by striking “or” at the end; ⋯ (2) by redesignating paragraph (2) as paragraph (3); and ⋯ (3) by inserting before paragraph (3), as redesignated, the following: ⋯ “(2) 12 years of service in the Armed Forces; or”
