To extend the transfer date for the verification of small business concerns owned and controlled by veterans or service-disabled veterans to the Small Business Administration.

Section 1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the “VA–SBA Extension Act of 2022”.

Sec. 2 Extension of transfer date for the verification of small business concerns owned and controlled by veterans or service-disabled veterans to the Small Business Administration

Section 862(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 (Public Law 116–283; 15 U.S.C. 657f) is amended by striking “means” and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting “means January 1, 2024.”.
