A BILL
To amend the Inspector General Act of 1978 to establish a Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board Inspector General, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Establishment of Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board Inspector General
Section 12 of the Inspector General Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App.) is amended—
in paragraph (1), by inserting “the Executive Director of the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board; ” before “or the Director of the National”; and
in paragraph (2), by inserting “the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board,” before “or the National”.
