Section 1 Short title
This Act may be cited as the “Veteran Treatment Teams on Campus Act” or the “VETTs on Campus Act”.
Veteran Treatment Teams on Campus Act
A BILL
To amend title 38, United States Code, to expand the Veterans Community Care Program to include health providers at certain institutions of higher learning.
Sec. 2 Expansion of Veterans Community Care Program to health care providers at institutions of higher learning approved for educational assistance furnished by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs
Section 1703(c) of title 38, United States Code, is amended—
by redesignating paragraph (5) as paragraph (6); and
by inserting after paragraph (4) the following:
“(5) Clinics and hospitals of institutions of higher learning that offer a program of education approved under chapter 37 of this title.”
