A BILL
To provide the notices of determination of the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Secretary of State entitled Exercise of Authority Under Section 212(d)(3)(B)(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act shall have no force or effect.
Sec. 2 Exercise of Authority Under Section 212(d)(3)(B)(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act
The following notices of determination shall have no force or effect:
