This Act may be cited as the “Age Discrimination in Employment Parity Act of 2022”.

A BILL
To amend the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 to extend protection to additional employees.
Sec. 2 Amendment
Section 11(b) of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (29 U.S.C. 630(b)) is amended by striking “twenty” the 1st place it appears and inserting “15”.
Sec. 3 Effective date
This Act and the amendment made by this Act shall take effect 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act.
