To make supplemental appropriations to carry out the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program for fiscal year 2022.

Section 1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the “Home Heating Emergency Funding Act of 2022”.

Sec. 2 Supplemental appropriations for LIHEAP

The following sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for fiscal year 2022:
