This Act may be cited as the “City of East Point Stormwater Management Act”.

To amend the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 with respect to stormwater management for the city of East Point, Georgia, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 East Point, Georgia, stormwater management
Section 219(f)(136) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (106 Stat. 4835; 113 Stat. 336; 121 Stat. 1261) is amended by striking “$5,000,000 for” and inserting “$15,000,000 for stormwater management and other”.
