This Act may be cited as the “No IDs for Illegals Act”.

A BILL
To provide that no Federal funds may be used for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Secure Docket Card Program, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 No Federal funds for ICE Secure Docket Card Program
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no Federal funds may be used to establish, implement, or otherwise support the activities of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Secure Docket Card Program, or any other similar program of the Department of Homeland Security.
