To ensure eligibility for public safety officer death benefits for officers exposed to radiation at clandestine laboratories, and for other purposes.

Not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Attorney General shall clarify the definition of the term injury in section 32.3 of title 28, Code of Federal Regulations, to specifically include radiation exposure at a clandestine laboratory.
