A BILL

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the diesel fuel tax.

This Act may be cited as the “Relief for our Truckers Act”.

(a)

In general— Section 4041(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is hereby repealed.

(b)

Effective date— The amendment made by this section shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act.
