A BILL
To amend title 49, United States Code, with respect to length limitations of certain semitrailer or trailers operating in a truck tractor-semitrailer-trailer combination, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Length limitations
Section 31111(b)(1)(A) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking “or of less than 28 feet on a semitrailer or trailer operating in a truck tractor-semitrailer-trailer combination,” and inserting “or, notwithstanding section 31112, of less than 33 feet on a semitrailer or trailer operating in a truck tractor-semitrailer-trailer combination,”.
