A BILL
To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to require an alien arriving from a foreign territory contiguous to the United States to return to such territory, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Treatment of aliens arriving from contiguous territory
Section 235(b)(2)(C) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1225(b)(2)(C)) is amended by striking “may return” and inserting “shall return”.
