To amend the Empowering Olympic, Paralympic, and Amateur Athletes Act of 2020 to extend the deadline for the report of the Commission on the State of the U.S. Olympics and Paralympics, and for other purposes.

Section 11(i)(2)(A) of the Empowering Olympic, Paralympic, and Amateur Athletes Act of 2020 (Public Law 116–189) is amended by striking “Not later than 270 days after the date of the enactment of this Act” and inserting “Not later than September 30, 2023”.
