To require the return of amounts loaned under the Paycheck Protection Program of the Small Business Administration used for illegal activities, and for other purposes.

The Administrator of the Small Business Administration shall ensure that a person that received a covered loan under paragraph (36) or (37) of section 7(a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 636(a)) and used any amount of such covered loan to conduct an illegal activity shall return the entire amount of such covered loan to the Treasury.
