Small Business Contracting Fairness Act of 2022

A BILL

To amend the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act to remove the exclusion of certain small business concerns from the disadvantaged business enterprise program, and for other purposes.

Section 1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the “Small Business Contracting Fairness Act of 2022”.

Sec. 2 Disadvantaged business enterprises

Section 11101(e)(2)(A) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Public Law 117–58) is amended to read as follows:

“(A) Small business concern—The term “small business concern” means a small business concern (as the term is used in section 3 of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 632)).”
