Section 1 Technical changes with respect to definition of direct loan
Section 502(1) of the Federal Credit Reform Act of 1990 (2 U.S.C. 661a(1)) is amended by striking “or the price support loans of the Commodity Credit Corporation” and inserting “, the price support loans of the Commodity Credit Corporation, or a loan made by another lender or financing arrangements that defer payment for 90 days or fewer”.
