This Act may be cited as the “Protect Our Children's Schools Act”.
Protect Our Children's Schools Act
A BILL
To keep schools safe using unobligated Federal funds available to the Secretary of Education to respond to the coronavirus.
Sec. 2 Keeping schools safe
The unobligated balance of each amount appropriated or otherwise made available to the Secretary of Education to prevent, prepare for, or respond to the coronavirus shall be made available to local educational agencies to keep the elementary schools and secondary schools served by such agencies safe.
