To establish the Office of the Special Investigator for Competition Matters within the Department of Agriculture.

Section 1 Short title; table of contents

Short title— This Act may be cited as the “Lower Food and Fuel Costs Act”.

Sec. 2 Secretary defined

In this Act, the term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Agriculture.
