Section 1 Short title
This Act may be cited as the “Traditional Passport Act” or the “TPA Act”.
Traditional Passport Act
A BILL
To prohibit the issuance of a passport with any gender designation other than male and female, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Prohibition
The Secretary of State may not issue any passport that contains an “X” gender designation and may permit applicants for passports to select from only “Male” or “Female”.
