This Act may be cited as the “He Did That Act”.

A BILL
To require the President to report to Congress on authorities relating to the stabilization and reduction of gas prices, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Report on authorities relating to gas prices
Not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the President shall submit to Congress a report that identifies existing authorities that the President may use to help stabilize and reduce gas prices.
