This Act may be cited as the “Not a Red Cent from Russia Act”.

A BILL
To prohibit importation of nickel and copper from the Russian Federation.
Sec. 2 Prohibition on importation of nickel and copper from the Russian Federation
Effective on the date of the enactment of this Act, the President shall prohibit importation into the United States of nickel and copper from the Russian Federation.
