This Act may be cited as the “Confiscating Corrupt Criminal Proceeds (CCCP) Act of 2022”.

A BILL
To provide for the conveyance of seized Russian and Belarusian assets to the people of Ukraine.
Sec. 2 Use of certain forfeited assets
Section 981(e) of title 18, United States Code, is amended—
in paragraph (6), by striking “or” at the end;
in paragraph (7), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; or”; and
by adding at the end the following:
“(8) in the case of any property owned by a Russian or Belarusian national, to the Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development, to be made available to provide humanitarian assistance to the people of Ukraine.”
