This Act may be cited as the “Harriet Tubman Day Act”.

To amend title 5, United States Code, to establish Harriet Tubman Day as a Federal holiday, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Harriet Tubman Day
Section 6103(a) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by inserting after the item relating to Washington’s Birthday the following:
“Harriet Tubman Day.”
