To direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services, acting through the Director of the National Institutes of Health, to conduct a study on the neurological impacts of COVID–19 on individuals with a neurological disease.

Study— The Secretary of Health and Human Services, acting through the Director of the National Institutes of Health, shall conduct a study on the neurological impacts of COVID–19 on individuals with a neurological disease.

Report— Not later than 120 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall complete the study under subsection (a) and submit to the Congress a report on the results of such study.
