This Act may be cited as the “Border Operations Strengthened by Stonegarden Act” or the “BOSS Act”.

A BILL
To authorize appropriations for Operation Stonegarden, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Operation stonegarden appropriations and trust fund
There is authorized to be appropriated for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2025 $180,000,000 for the Operation Stonegarden grant program of the Department of Homeland Security, and not less than $60,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2025 to procure technology and equipment, including communications equipment, sensors, and drone technology.
