Section 1 Reimbursements for licensing and exam fees under Veteran Rapid Retraining Assistance Program
Subsection (c) of section 8006 of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (Public Law 117–2; 38 U.S.C. 3001 note prec.) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph:
“(5) Licensing and exam fees—In carrying out retraining assistance under this section, the Secretary shall provide reimbursements to eligible veterans for licensing and exam fees in a manner the Secretary determines appropriate.”
