Section 1 Prohibition of adverse action against a member of the Armed Forces solely on the basis that such member refuses to receive a vaccination against COVID-19 or disclose whether such member has received such a vaccination

The Secretary concerned (as that term is defined in section 101 of title 10, United States Code) may not take any adverse action against a member of the Armed Forces solely on the basis that such member refuses—
(1)
to receive a vaccination against COVID-19; or
(2)
disclose whether such member has received such a vaccination.
