To prohibit payments from the Judgment Fund to aliens who are not lawful permanent residents, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Limitation on judgment fund payments to aliens
No funds from the Judgment Fund may be made available to an alien who is not a lawful permanent resident, unless specifically authorized by law.
