This Act may be cited as the “Our Veterans Earned It Act”.

A BILL
To prohibit the denial of any Federal benefit, to which an individual is entitled by reason of service as a member of the Armed Forces, solely on the basis of the refusal of such individual to receive a vaccination against COVID–19.

No individual may be denied a Federal benefit, to which such individual is entitled by reason of service as a member of the Armed Forces, solely on the basis of the refusal of such individual to receive a vaccination against COVID-19.
