(a)
In general— Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a covered employee may bring an action against an employer for—
(1)
wrongful termination or any adverse employment action for violating a COVID–19 vaccination mandate of the employer; and
(2)
wrongful death or serious physical injury caused by a COVID–19 vaccination that such employee received for the sole purpose of complying with the COVID–19 vaccination mandate of the employer of such employee.
(b)
Relief— A prevailing plaintiff under subsection (a) may recieve actual damages, compensatory damages, punitive damages, injunctive relief, any combination of those, attorneys’ fees and costs, and any other appropriate relief.
