No Vaccine Mandate Act

A BILL

To amend the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2022 to prohibit the use of funds related to any rule requiring a COVID–19 vaccination, and for other purposes.

Section 1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the “No Vaccine Mandate Act”.

Sec. 2 Limitation on use of funds

Title V of the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2022 is amended by inserting after section 529 the following:

“530.

“None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to develop, implement, administer, or enforce any rule that requires COVID–19 vaccination.”
