To provide that no Federal funds may be expended to implement certain law enforcement partnerships, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Prohibition on use of Federal funds
No Federal funds may be expended to implement the memorandum from the Attorney General entitled “Partnership among Federal, State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial Law Enforcement to address threats against School Administrators, Board Members, Teachers, and Staff” dated October 4, 2021.
