in subparagraph (B), by inserting “or -leased” before “port”;

in subparagraph (C), in the matter preceding clause (i), by inserting “or -leased” before “port”; and

in subparagraph (A), by striking “terminate” and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting “terminate on December 31, 2026.”; and

in subparagraph (B), by striking “carrying out the terms of an agreement under this subsection if such agreement is entered into before such termination date” and inserting “a proposal accepted for consideration by U.S. Customs and Border Protection pursuant to this section or a prior pilot program prior to such termination date”.
