1. Navajo electrification demonstration program
Section 602 of Public Law 106–511 (114 Stat. 2376; 119 Stat. 779) is amended—
in subsection (a)—
in the first sentence, by striking “10-year”; and
in the third sentence, by striking “by the year 2011”; and
by striking subsections (d) and (e) and inserting the following:
“(d) Authorization of appropriations—There is authorized to be appropriated the Secretary of Energy to carry out this section $89,000,000 for fiscal year 2020.”
