America's Transportation Infrastructure Act of 2019

To amend title 23, United States Code, to authorize funds for Federal-aid highways and highway safety construction programs, and for other purposes.

(a)

Short title— This Act may be cited as the “America's Transportation Infrastructure Act of 2019”.

In this Act:

Department— The term Department means the Department of Transportation.

(2)

Secretary— The term Secretary means the Secretary of Transportation.

This Act and the amendments made by this Act take effect on October 1, 2020.
