Protecting our Infrastructure of Pipelines and Enhancing Safety Act of 2020

Short title— This Act may be cited as the “Protecting our Infrastructure of Pipelines and Enhancing Safety Act of 2020” or the “PIPES Act of 2020”.

Administration— The term Administration means the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration.

Administrator— The term Administrator means the Administrator of the Administration.

Secretary— The term Secretary means the Secretary of Transportation.
