Damon Paul Nelson and Matthew Young Pollard Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 2018, 2019, and 2020

A BILL

To authorize appropriations for fiscal years 2018, 2019, and 2020 for intelligence and intelligence-related activities of the United States Government, the Community Management Account, and the Central Intelligence Agency Retirement and Disability System, and for other purposes.

Section 1 Short title

(a)
Short title— This Act may be cited as the “Damon Paul Nelson and Matthew Young Pollard Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 2018, 2019, and 2020”.

Sec. 2 Divisions and table of contents

(a)
Divisions— This Act is organized into two divisions as follows:
(1)
Division A—Intelligence Authorizations for Fiscal Year 2020.
(2)
Division B—Intelligence Authorizations for Fiscal Years 2018 and 2019.

Table of contents— The table of contents for this Act is as follows:

Sec. 3 Definitions

In this Act:
(1)
Congressional intelligence committees— The term congressional intelligence committees has the meaning given such term in section 3 of the National Security Act of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 3003).
(2)
Intelligence community— The term intelligence community has the meaning given such term in such section.
