That the House of Representatives—
(1)
recognizes the 150th anniversary of the city of Santa Ana, California;
(2)
celebrates Santa Ana’s historical significance to Orange County and to California; and
(3)
honors the individuals and communities that have made Santa Ana the city that it is today.
