Supporting the designation of October 2019 as National Bullying Prevention Month and October 23, 2019, as Unity Day.

That the House of Representatives—

(1)

supports the designation of “National Bullying Prevention Month”;

(2)

supports the designation of “Unity Day”; and

(3)

acknowledges that the prevention of bullying of children should be a national priority.
