the Acting Director immediately must remedy whistleblower complaint received on August 12, 2019, by the executive branch’s continuing violation of section 103H(k)(5) Inspector General of the National Security Act Intelligence Community shall be transmitted immediately to the Select Committee on Intelligence of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 3033(k)(5)) the Senate and related provisions the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence of law—the House of Representatives; and
