strongly condemns the false, inflammatory, and racially offensive statements made by the President of the United States regarding four women of color who are duly elected Members of the One Hundred Sixteenth Congress;

calls upon all Americans to celebrate the ethnic, racial, and religious diversity that has made the United States the leader of the community of nations and the beacon of hope and inspiration to oppressed persons everywhere; and

encourages all persons in the United States to cherish and exercise the rights, privileges, and responsibilities guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States.
