recognizes the effect of the more than 120-year history of the American motorcycle and the economic surge that celebrated over 120 American brands in the United States in the first half of the 20th Century;

recognizes that the collection and restoration of vintage and classic motorcycles is an important part of preserving the technological achievements and cultural heritage of the United States; and

encourages the people of the United States to engage in events and commemorations of “Antique Motorcycle Enthusiast Day” in accordance with public health guidelines that create opportunities for antique motorcycle owners to educate young people about the importance of preserving the cultural heritage of the United States, including through the preservation of antique motorcycles.
